If you receive a product that is damaged, wrong, or not what you ordered, you can request a refund or exchange.
You can request a refund if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is not the same as the one you ordered
- The item is missing from your package
Refund Conditions:
- You must request a refund within 24–48 hours after receiving your package.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Please provide a clear photo or video of the issue.
- Refunds are processed only after we confirm the problem.
Items not eligible for refund:
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Items used, worn, or without original packaging
We do not refund for “change of mind” after purchase.
